The undersigned hereby applies for membership in the Garment Contractors Association of Southern California Inc., agrees to abide by its By- Laws, and understands that this application is subject to the approval of the Association as set forth in the By- Laws. Applicant agrees to send a check payable to Garment Contractors Association (or GCA) by U.S. mail to the association office in the amount of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), which sum represents initiation fee in the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) and one month's dues in the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00). Applicant further agrees to pay monthly dues as billed by the Association in the amount authorized by the Association, which is currently Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per month. Membership is month-to-month. Applicant/member may cancel at any time and for any reason by e-mailing or faxing a note to the association office, located at 110 E. 9th St. Suite A-701, Los Angeles, CA 90079-1701.
